- Subscription and Renewals

The title of publication or service will be called “MUA Local Subscription”.

Length of subscription – Subscription will be ongoing and shall be cancelled to stop auto-renewal. When subscribed MUA Local will list a user’s profile in the search results in order for them to be found by clients when they perform a search. If subscription is not paid MUA will not appear in search listings.
Payment will be charged to the card connected with the iTunes account.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription automatically renews every month at £2 per month.
Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase of the subscription service.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, though not offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
